You know, I think so many of us get caught up in GOALS and SCHEDULES and SUPPOSED TO BE'S that we don't value what is closest to us in every moment. That could be...
- that you have a great bed and woke up this morning feeling fantastic
- the magnificent feeling of the hot water on your body and the clean smells of shampoo during your morning shower
- working as the assistant building manager where I live means I don't have to drive to go to work. How great is that?
- the first sip of your morning coffee or tea.... mmm yummy!
- I discovered how much we take ourselves for granted and don't put ourselves centre stage in our relationships during our play hour with Susan Lazar Hart.
- how important it is to our whole being to show our sexualness and feel sexy and confident no matter how nasty we think our bodies are talking to Dr. Shelly Childers.
- Simone Milasas showed us how fun it can be to treat our businesses like they are an extension of ourselves instead of seeing them as something we need to control.
- Blossom Benedict shared how loving our voice and appreciating all the parts we think are quirky about it, and identifying how those are it's strengths can assist us.
- I loved learning how to communicate to our pet friends talking to Suzy Godsey and also ways in which we can get rid of pests.
- Talking to Solange Rocine on age and aging was so much fun. We definitely do ourselves a great injustice judging our faces and bodies all the time!
- I loved learning about the difference between an awareness and an answer and how finding answers box us into more limitation with Brenda St. Louis.
- Liam Phillips was amazing informing us how we lock pain and suffering into our bodies and ways we can free ourselves from that.
- In our discussion with Pam Houghteling I learned how so many of my thoughts and emotions were generated from things that were not even my own! How amazing is that? So much is not even my stuff!!
- And on the last day of our BEING SERIES Sabine Hildebrant helped me to take a broader look at myself and ask "What if everything that I ever thought was wrong with me, wasn't?" A truly life-altering eye-opening.
